Persian green olives marinated in a walnut, pomegranate
puree and herb mix.
Mast-o Musir (V)
Homemade yogurt mixed with finely diced shallots.
Crushed chickpeas with tahini, olive oil, lemon juice and garlic.
Finely diced chicken blended with eggs, potato and gherkins,
dressed with a touch of olive oil and mayonnaise.
Dolmeh (Stuffed Grape Leaves) (V)
Special homemade cooked grape leaves, stuffed with rice,
split peas, tarragon, basil, parsley and coriander.

Recommended with all our starters as an
accompaniment at an extra cost of £1.50.
