  • Persian Barbecued Dishes

    All served with salad, grilled tomato &
    steamed saffron rice or fresh baked Persian naan bread.

    Chelow kebab – steamed rice garnished with saffron and kebab – is the national dish of Persia.
    It is eaten with many accompaniments such as sabzi (fresh herbs), salad Shirazi or yoghurt dishes. Melted butter is added along with a sprinkling of sumac – a slightly sour spice – giving piquancy to the kebab. These dishes are served with grilled tomato and can also be eaten with Persian naan bread in place of rice.

    Khoresht

    Khoresht dishes are slow-cooked so that the flavours of the vegetables, fruit,
    fresh herbs, nuts and meat meld together and intensify subtly into a flavoursome
    and aromatic sauce. All our vegetarian dishes are prepared separately.
